Compared with other CRM systems, CRM in Zdoo is quite simple, which can be understood as the following,


  1. Each company has its own product/service which is recorded as a Product in Zdoo.
  2. The company will try to get the contact information of customers, which is Customer recorded in Zdoo.
  3. Create an Order when a customer wants to purchase, and then track the status of the order.
  4. Sign the contract.
  5. Once a contract is signed, the company will ensure the delivery on time and receive the payment.

Zdoo CRM also has contact management, communication history management, address management to help salespersons better track the whole sales process.
