Zdoo has built in simple and practical project management module, which can meet the daily management of your team and make the team more structured and efficient.

The project management process in Zdoo is as follows,

1. Project managers or department supervisors set up the project, team members and start and finish dates.
2. Batch create tasks, determine the time required, and assign tasks.
3. Each team member has to do their own tasks, and update the status of the task.
4. The project manager or department supervisor is responsible for checking and confirming the completion of the task, then close or activate the tasks.
5. Project is finished.
